Code Name: XIII
True Name: Xian Shadowsong
Faction Loyalty: Soldier of the Mercenary Army
Likes: Twisting the natural world to his whims, Collecting information, Dark places and Bunnies.
Dislikes:Gold, the Cleis del Angelus clan, Lies, Disloyalty in himself, ignorance.
Persona: A dangerous creature in and of himself, Xian prefers to fight where mainly the battle is toward his advantages, information gathering, exploration and ranged assault. He stays far from trouble where ever possible, using his trusted associate and meat shield Gabriel Mobius as a barrier between himself and trouble as he summons dark Spirit-Beasts to his bidding. He also commands the ability to twist and create creatures of flesh and blood to do his bidding.
He is generally considered untrustworthy after casual contact with most, his demeanor having once been compared to that of a suave Serial killer. His habit of pointing out the benefits of his services or of partnership when he approaches tend to do nothing to help this, and as a professional Mercenary this first impression often sticks. But to those who come to know him well he is a compassionate (overly so in his own opinion) creature, utterly unwilling to betray the trust of any, and refuses to tell direct lies. Despite that he has a somewhat manipulative streak, though he tries his hardest to make sure it doesn't bring harm to those he puppeteers.
His third eye (known as the "Soul Eater's Eye") is an inheritance from his clan, the Shadowsong, allowing him to observe the presence of souls, a vital tool for a clan who's greatest talents lay in the gathering of the souls of the newly dead and offering them a chance to continue to on this plane in return for their service.
